Thanks Donald. I do not trust what Dell says. so many of the agents are
clueless. I too will build my own, just hoping to get something back from
what I spend from the upgrade. Now if only I could decide between business
and ultimate....

That should be an easy decision, Jim:
Ultimate has only a few things Business doesn't: Mostly those things
connected to Windows Media Centre.
Business does have Business Graphic presentations features, though.
See Paul Thurrott's site:

My recommendations for the majority of Home Users is Vista Home Premium
Upgrade. It is very reasonably priced, and is only missing the few advanced
business and networking features which are found in Business Edition and
Ultimate, for about the same price as XP w/SP2 generic OEM : $159. This is
the best deal Microsoft has ever offered in a Home edition.

If you need advanced presentation features, and advanced networking
features, then by all means, choose Business or Ultimate.

Also, if you have only a few computers in your house, Microsoft is now
offering home users a deal: Buy one retail copy of Ultimate, and get two
extra licenses of Home Premium for $49.95 apiece. Very reasonable.

Just to clarify things, Jim: I did not build my computer: Dell did. I
ordered mine from Dell, with the hardware I wanted
