Can I save a PDF document to MS word as an attachment to my files? I work in
a legal office and that would help streamline my projects.

Not as they are. You need to convert the file to something
Word can understand with a converter. I use ABC Amber PDF
Converter

which is pretty good.

If you don't need text editability, you could print the PDF
document to a picture file and insert that into your Word
document.

Hi Kelly-

You can use Insert>Object>Create From File to embed the pdf as an object. It
will appear in the doc as an icon labeled with the pdf's name & the recipient
can double-click the icon to open the pdf in Reader.

Initially the icon will (most likely) be inserted as an In Line graphic on a
text line, but you can apply text wrap to it and position it wherever you
want, like a picture.

you can copy your text (before in pdf file click icon select on the toolbar)
and than open word and paste
