Can I safely remove this item in C:\

I was having trouble using Adobe until I downloaded Windows Journal Viewer.
Unfortunately I downloaded it to the wrong directory and had to go searching
to actually install it in C:\Program Files, where it is now.
Meanwhile I have the Readme and setup.exe sitting in C:\WU. Can I safely
remove that last item?

...also the C:\WU wasn't there before, just WUTemp, should I remove that too?
(I used the old WU Catalogue for the download)
