Can I safely delete this All Users folder?

In my Docs and Settings, I have a folder labeled All Users and another
All Users.XPNew. I believe the latter was created when I reinstalled XP
Home on the same drive using a new name. When I run the SET command,
All Users.XPNew is shown as the path for ALLUSERSPROFILE. I also have
three folders: MyName, MyName.Desktop and MyName.~1~Desktop. Only
MyName.Desktop shows as path for HOMEPATH. Can I safely delete the
other folders? (I'm the only user on my machine.)

The profile folders that're not listed in the SET can be removed. OTOH, to
remap the folders, you may use the information provided in this article:
