Sure, as long as it works OK. What make you think it's not legal?
Microsoft has you brainwashed!

Your question isn't clear. Windows XP is an operating system which allows
you to run Windows software. Using specific software you can create your
web page designs. I'm thinking, that you are thinking that the name Windows
XP Home Edition infers that it can't be used for business or commercial
creations. If that's what you mean, then it's incorrect. Both versions of
Windows XP can be used for business purposes.

To help decide which version of Windows XP meets your needs, go to:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/whichxp.asp

Unless you network, and/or have a need for a higher level of security,
Windows XP Home Edition will probably meet your needs. I design web sites
for people using Microsoft FrontPage 2002, with Windows XP Home Edition, and
it suits me fine. I'm a single user on my Windows XP Home Edition system,
and I don't network, and Windows XP Home Edition suits my needs

Answered in another thread yesterday, as follows:

"If you're asking whether XP Home can be used in a professional
environment, yes it can. The terms "Home" and "Professional" are
just marketing terms. They have no other meaning. If Home meets
your needs, by all means stick with it."

Please don't ask the same question twice in a row when you've
already gotten answers, and please don't start a new thread.
