I am upgrading my Access 2000 to Access 2003 and I currently running on
Windows ME platform. I've read that Access 2003 only runs on Windows 2000 and
up and that this does not include ME since ME is based on the 9x platforms.
Is this true? And if it is, is there anything I can do to set up configure my
computer to run Access 2003 without having to upgrade my OS to 2000 or later?
Thanks.

No, Access 2003 will not run on Windows ME. If your PC meets the recommended
specifications, you can upgrade to a later version of Windows, otherwise,
you could try to find a copy of Access 2002. I expect it should still be
possible to find it if you shop around a bit.

Alright, thanks for your quick response. That was exactly the answer I
feared, esp. since I had ordered Access 2003 without checking the
specifications. Oops.
