can i retrieve my lost emails now i am configuired with outlook

I have just activated "office" 2007 on my Pc.
I then configuired my email provider "Supanet" with outlook.
all the emails i had in my inbox have been deleted how can i retrieve them?

Deleted in; they now only appear within Outlook and no longer in the on-line
mailbox?

In that case you have configured the account as a POP3 account and did not
set the option to leave a copy on the server. Since POP3 is download only,
you cannot put them back on the server unless that server also supports
making a connection via IMAP.

If that server does not support IMAP either, you can find another workaround
