Can I rename a Profile

I'd like to rename a profile instead of creating a new one and then setting
up all the items again. Is there a way to rename an Outlook Profile?

I'm running Outlook 2003 SP2 connected to an Exchange RPC over HTTP account.

No, but you can copy the profile and then you get to choose a name.
