Is it possible to reinstall Movie Maker?

I found some directions on the support website, and followed them but it
didn't really seem to do much, and it didn't solve my problem.

My problem is that all of the video transitions are missing - I can't add
any transitions to my project because there are none there to pick from. I
have no clue what happened to them, and can't find anyway to get them back.
