Can I rearrange my personal folders? (not alphabetically)

I would like to arrange the personal folders in order of importance, because
I have a lot of them, but they automatically fall into alphabetical order. I
am using Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Not on the folder tree but you can order them in your Favorite Folders list
