Can I print labels with access 2002

Yes. This is done with a Report in Access. You probably need to make a
Query which contains the information which you want printed on the
lables, and base your report on this. There is a wizard to help you get
started... from the database window, select Reports, then click New,
and then in the New Report dialog, select Label Wizard.
 
Sure. In fact, if you go to Reports and create a new one, there's a label
wizard that'll help you through it.
