Can I password protect a hard drive in Windows XP?

I can;t find any information about this topic - but I
suspect it may be possible. Can someone help me? Thank

You can require all users of this box to login and then
set security permissions on the drive or folder you want
to protect.
 
You dont password protect in xp anymore. You allow or deny user access to
the folder using security and permissions. Depending on what xp version and
what folder you want to restrict access to there are different ways to do
it.
