I have redone a document with Track changes in Red. I now have a complete
new set of changes to make to the same document. I want to do these in Blue,
but cannot seem to change to a new colour. Can you help

You can have your new changes appear with another color if you do as follows:

1. Make sure that Set the "Color" options in Tools > Options > Track Changes
tab to "By author". Changes made by different authors will then appear with
different colors. An author is identified by the value in the "Name" field in
Tools > Options > User Information tab at the time when the change is made

2. Before making the new changes, you need to change yourself to "a
different author". Therefore, change your name in Tools > Options > User
Information tab. It is sufficient to add a space after your name - this will
make you name look correct (revert the change when finished).

Note that you cannot determine which colors are applied to the changes and
the colors may not remain the same. For more details about how track changes
work (incl. information about how colors are allocated to different users),
