Can I keep NOTES visible on my desktop when Outlook is closed? I would like
my notes to show on my desktop at all times -- especially when I log on first
thing in the morning. Is this possible?
 
No, but you can use Post It notes (free version). Outlook must be open for
any portion of the program to function.
