Outlook 2003\2007 Notes

Matt

Hi, im currently running outlook 2003 and 2007 on 2 separate XP pro machines.
Both of these are connected too 2 different exchange 2003 mailboxes.

When clicking on notes im not presented with any notes that have been
added.(although if i open notes in a new window these are visible). This
issue applies to Outlook 2003 and 2007. When clicking on notes im just
presented with the notes field down the left and side and my inbox in the
centre of the screen. My to do bar is listed on the right hand side.

It may be a view problem. If you don't have custom views, try resetting the
views using /cleanviews switch. Resetting the Navigation pane may also help,
but it will delete all folders from favorites etc so I hesitate to recommend
it.

I have tried several of these command line switches but with no luck. When
clicking the issue seems to be when clicking on notes and tasks only. Outlook
is not refreshing the view and all you canview is the previous screen.
