Can I install SATA drivers without a floppy during XP setup?

I have an MSI K8T NEO mobo and it is having issues finding and using the floppy drive. What I want to know is can I install the SATA drivers from somewhere other than a floppy?

When the setup starts, it says hit F6 to install other drivers. I do that, then it prompts me to use the driver disk, but setup can't read the floppy. This is a HW problem, but is there some way I can work around it and install the drivers without the floppy? This is killing me, so any help is appreciated.

The floppy drive is fine, this is a mobo/BIOS problem. I actually read someone else's post at the MSI forums site that said they had the same issue, but they were able to resolve it by changing a BIOS setting. I tried the fix but it didn't work for me.
