Can I insert a new label into an already existing page of labels

B

business sec

I save a group of names and address as labels. The names and addresses only
change every three years, and then it is only one or two names that change.
i want to add the new label in the correct alphabetical position on the page,
but I cannot figure out how to add a cell.

When you insert a new label in WordPerfect, all the others shift
automatically. In Word, it gets lost :)

Anyone have any hints?

Word does not operate in the same way. To create a new sorted list you will
have to convert the labels to a data source (and keep it as one for next
time you need to make a change) and re-merge to a new label document.
