Can i have windows vista home premium english version as the base
and install the windows vista ultimate as an upgrade in the Spanish language.
Will it work, or will i have any problem.

I don't know, but I do know you're more likely to get good answers if you
ask in a group for Vista. This group is about the .NET controlled
environment for software development and execution.

Try this group:

microsoft.public.windows.vista.installation_setup

If you want help with your question, please try posting your message to a
newsgroup with "windows" in the description. They are on the bottom of the
dropdown list in the MS Discussion Group interface. This is a .Net
Programming newsgroup.

microsoft.public.windows.vista.installation_setup

Just FYI, the group names are not displayed in the dropdown when they are
coming from the Microsoft Discussion Groups web interface. That's what's
causing all of these posts. I think this is the first one in the list
called "General Discussions". The windows ones are on the bottom of the
dropdown list, and nobody goes down that far. :-(
