Nope. It is THEIR host, THEIR software, and THEIR property. You don't
get to tell them how their system works. There may be ways of
implementing forced read receipts when using Exchange or by using
policies under a domain but then the users of those hosts don't own
those computers as they are the company's property. Remember that the
recipient isn't being forced to read your e-mail, either. The recipient
decides what, if anything, they do with your e-mail. Recipients
obviously don't want spammers and other scum forcing read receipts to
divulge valid e-mail addresses.
