I am looking for a manual or training documents for Access 2003, i was
unhappy to learn that when i brought the software there was no manual
contained! also the help that is included is rubbish! i would like a PDF
document that i can print off and read, while also using examples.. this is
difficult when using the help includeded in the program.

Access Help is a little arcane. I will grant you that. There are many good
reference manuals and how to books available. The best help is in the VB
Editor. Not only is it easier to find things, you can use the Object Browser
to help you understand the relationship of Access objects and their methonds
and properties.
Also, you have stumbled into a great place to get valuable info. Some of
the best Access developers in the world are here on almost a daily basis to
answer questions and point you to websites or other resources.
No question is too dumb to get an answer. If you have a question, try to be
as concise as possible while providing as much info as you think necessary to
give others a complete picture of what you are trying to do. Sometimes, you
will get exactly what you are looking for and sometimes you may be told what
you are doing is a bad idea. Take the advise. Most of the people providing
answers have already been down that road.
Best of Luck with Access.
