Can I get a replacement CD?

Has anyone experienced having your system crash, and when
you go to reload, using an Authentic Windows CD which I
bought and paid for, I even put the little sticker on the
case when I did the upgrade, and it won't load, it says
that there is a corrupted file. I then look at the bottom
of the disk and find that my kid has been playing with
said disk, and the bottom of it looks like a road map.

I think the disk is shot. I can't find my stupid Product
ID number, which I believe I had tossed during my last
move by accident. What are the odds of getting this disk
replaced?

did you register at Microsoft?

call them and give the information you gave when you registered.

If it was an OEM license, which is what yours sounds like, you
should contact the computer's manufacturer.
