Can I get a fix without SP3

I support several people that are experiencing the
problem discussed in KB 327595: OL2002: An Extra
Signature Is Added When You Insert an Attachment
Programmatically. According to the article, a fix is
available from Microsoft. However, it also says that
Office XP SP3 fixes this problem. Because of a few add-in
programs that we use for Outlook, we cannot apply SP3
yet. Is it possible to get the fix exclusive of SP3?? If
so how do I do this without having to pay Microsoft for
the call? Please advise! Thanks!

You ask for special services but refuse to pay for them? Right. What
company would want to do business with you?
 
If you reference that article and ask for just the hotfix when you make the
call, you will not be charged.
