can i get a file back that i saved over

I saved over a document that I didn't want to. I need the
previously saved document back. Is there anyway to do
that? HELP
 
If you have "Always create backup copy" enabled, you can at least retrieve
the previously saved version, which will be in the document folder as
"Backup of <filename>.wbk." If you don't have this option enabled, now you
see why it would have been a good idea.

agreed...or as i do, create backups of important docs manually n place them
in diff locations on ur machine
