I accidentally used the "save" command instead of the "save as" - is there
anyway to get back the document that I saved over? I didn't have any
additional versions saved. Help?

Restore the file from a recent backup. This is one reason why you
should make backups regularly.

You can't actually Undo a *Save*, but if the file is still open you can
Undo as many actions as necessary , then save *again*. If you've closed the
file you're S.O.L. without a backup.

If you have not yet closed the document, you may be able to hit undo
numerous times to get back to your original document. try a save as
first, though, so that you don't lose them both.
