Can I Get a english replacement for Spanish version of XP

Hi,

I bought p4 machine with Spanish XP from HP. I then tried
to change the Spanish version to English version of XP but
I couldnt. Question is, is it legal to work on English
version of XP when I have license to use only the spanish
version? If so, can I ask HP to send me the english
version of all the softwares & Manual that came with the
computer?
