Can I divide the height if a single cell into two rows?

I want to type text into this cell only. I don't want to change the size of
any cells.
 
Is this a Microsoft Access question? If so, you will need to provide more
details, because your brief question is unclear. If it is an Excel
question, an Excel group would be a more appropriate place to post the
question. The web interface for the newsgroups is not always clear. If you
repost in an Excel group I suggest providing more details, as I suspect your
question in its present form will not be fully understood there.
