Can i distribute a .Net 2.0 program commercially?

or i should go with .Net 1.1 first and migrate it later (but it cost us more
time)
 
The .NET Framework 2.0 (Whidbey) is not commercially available yet. Any
pre-release you have now is not for commercial use. You should target the
..NET Framework 1.1 today.
