Can I delete this 29,000kb logfile?

In my Windows/ system32 /Log Files/WMS/ folder is a trace logfile that is 29
mbs . What is it and can I delete it? Whenever I attempt to open it notepad
does not respond,anyways I just figure if it isn,t a neccessary file I would
just as soon delete it because it is pretty big.

Move the file to another location and run the system for awhile. If it
doesn't complain then delete it.

Did you run bootvis and set up trace logging?
