Can I create my own stationery in Microsoft Word?

I have found a paper stationary that I would like to use in writing letters
in Word 2003. I have scanned it, but don't know how to set it up in Word so
that I can create a letter using this particular stationary. Any suggestions
are greatly appreciated. If additional info is needed, please let me know.

Hope you have good success! FWIW, my writing can be kind of dense, and
sometimes you have to read it several times before it sinks in. <g>
