How can I design my own stationary page to be used in MS Word?

I have a really nice stationary that I would like to use in Word. I have
saved it as JPEG and a form but I can't use it without inserting a Text Box
and that really makes it difficult to use. Any suggestions?

In Word, click on View | Header and Footer. Insert the .jpg.
Right-click on the .jpg and format it as "behind text". Close
the header. Save the file as a template (.dot) file.

I amy have "over done" this. I moved all margins to 0.0 so the header is now
the complete page (I want the page I saves as header to be complete page).
Then when I opened it and attempted to type my header went away (??) I'm
going to try it again because it looks great, just wanted you to know I did
receive and appreciated your response.

You probably need to anchor your graphic to the First Page Header. See

tips.
