I have quite a few access databases and I was curious if there is a way to
have a master database that is either on the web or in access that allows me
to call the other databases so that I do not have to combine them into one
database.

It is called linking tables. You can link to a table or tables in other
Access databases as well as to spreadsheets in Excel files. Look under the
File menu for "Get External Data". This will work for local Access files or
files over a LAN.
