Can I create a Switchboard page under the master Switchboard?

Can I create a Switchboard page under the master Switchboard?
I want the main switchboard to say Reports. Under that I want the option
for DH reports or CVD report and under that are several reports.

Open the table called Switchboard Items and add to the table like this--
