Can I create a set of vertical titles at the top of a page?

Is it possible to set up titles on a slight slant at the top of a page?
 
hi.
yes.
in 2003, high light the titles at the top then.....
right click>format cells>alignment tab>orientation
there is a spin button. up to slant text up, down to slant text down.

For better appearance, put borders around the "slanted" cells after you have
followed the advice of the other responders.

Note: the cell will not actually be slanted but will look like it is.
