Can I create a "letter bar" to go to the 1st record beginning wit.

I have a member roster report and I would like to add an "alphabet bar" at
the top and bottom so that if you click on any letter, the first record with
the last name beginning with that letter is displayed at the top of the
screen. I'm creating a pdf file to be posted on the web from the report so I
would like it to convert directly from Access 2007 using Acrobat Pro 8.1.
Right now I add the internal links in Acrobat, but I have to re-do the links
ever time I have a database update and create a new pdf. There MUST be a way
for me to accomplish this within the report!

?"within the report"? Reports are designed to be printed. Printed reports
don't have command buttons (e.g. "alphabet bar").

Consider creating a form from which you "order" the report. Put the
selection criteria controls (e.g., "alphabet bar") on the form.
