how to open a previously created PDF file?

hello everyone,

im using ms access 2007 -

i have 2 group of users:
1st -those who generate the report and convert them to pdf. the path and
filename of the pdf file created is saved in field. this is accomplished
without issues.

2nd - those who are allowed only to view the report, but they want to view
only the pdf (and not the ms access report) from inside the access2007
application (because they basically dont have any idea where are the files
saved by the user-group1)---any idea how I can open the PDF file given the
path and the filename?
