Can I create a draft email in Outlook for sending from Lotus Notes

I have a system (Xcel/Word absed) that produces bulk emails for a clients to
send to their customers. I Zip them up and send them in bulk to the Client.
They unzip, drag and drop to their draft box and then send.
This is OK for customers that use Outlook. A new customer uses Lotus Notes.
Is there any way I can create draft emails for Notes users?

Ask in a Lotus Notes group - we have no way of know what Lotus does and does
