Can I configure Rolling X Days in a folder?

Is it possible to have a folder that has a most 7 days e-mail in it?

When a message becomes 8 days old, outlook would delete it?

I'm not using an exchange server, just Outlook 2007 and a standard pop
server from which I collect all my mail.

The problem I'm trying to resolve is that I get a number of 'automated'
e-mails from some of our work computer systems. I have rules to move these
messages into various folders, but I'm finding if I leave them too long the
folders get really large. The information in the e-mails is only useful for a
few days and thus deleteing the messages automatically after 7 days would be
ideal.

Thanks neo, I've just realised what a 'stupid' question that was. I'd looked
at the Archive options but in my head decided I didn't want to Acrhive them,
I wanted to delete them, then my eyes decided that that last option didn't
exist.
