Can I compress 2 hours 30 min using xp cd burner? If not...how can I?

Try the microsoft.public.windowsmedia newsgroup. This one is more about
using the operating system itself.
 
Hi,

You can't. Most media formats are already compressed, you will not be able
to compress them further.
