Can I change the font in the notes for tasks to smaller font?

I'm trying to change the font to a smaller font inside the task box on the
bottom where you can type in details - is there any way to do that as the
default for everytime a new task is opened up - or do I have to change each
one individually?

it's one of the font settings in tools, options, mail format, fonts. I think
the plain text one, but I could be wrong. It will change it for all outlook
items and when composing mail.
