Can I change reviewer names/color codes in track changes?

I'm reviewing and editing a Word document, and using Track Changes to
indicate my work. After I started I wanted to change the way my name appeared
in the markup reviewer panes and the color that was automatically used to
indicate my changes. By changing my "user information" I can get my name to
appear the way I want it for new changes that I make, but that doesn't change
anything for my previous changes. Is there any way to do this? Also by
changing my "user information" the program assigns a new color code for my
newly inputed user information, but again it is assigned automatically and
seemingly there is no way to choose the specific color that I want? Can this
be done? How?

As far as I know there isn't anything you can do about the colours used when
changes are flagged 'by author'.

If you only have a few changes you can always reverse the changes under the
old name and redo them under the new but if there are too many changes for
that you can change the reviewer name using the script editor ...

Press Alt+Shift+F11, search for the old name and replace it with the new
name at appropriate places. This may not be straightforward and you may need
to examine what is found to determine if it should be changed - it helps if
you can read markup but, even if not, you should be able to manage it. Note
that Word will remember the colour used for the original user name.
