Can I change a bmp file to a jpg file?

can't get bmp file to show in desktop window so i can download to website.
Jpg's work fine.

Not /really/ an Outlook question.....
 
open it in Paint (start/programs/accessories) and save as, that's a file type
option

Use Paint. Load the .bmp, save as .jpg.
