Please help me set up my newsreader to work all the time. I have followed
the Internet Options process twice and the Go News command disappears. The
drop down on the programs tab>newsgroups only has Outlook Express. I only
have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 on my machine. The newsgroup default
doesn't exist for me so I lose the command everytime. Please help!

Outlook doesn't do newsgroups (it does not support NNTP). Outlook calls
Outlook Express to do NNTP. So you will end up using Outlook Express
for newsgroups or using some other NNTP client, like Thunderbird, Agent,
Xnews, XanaNews, Gravity, etc. There is a plug-in to do newsgroups
within Outlook (forget its name, might be called <something>Hound) but
it costs money.
