Is it possible to use form in Microsoft Access on a MAC. We created a
contact database and one person on our network has only a MAC. Is there
Microsoft Access for MAC machines

No.

You can, however, publish forms and tables to the web which a Mac user
should be able to access via a web browser.

if you were using an Access Data Project then you could consume the
data via XML.

No. In addition to the other suggestions, you could consider
installing a terminal-server program (such as Citrix); Access would
run on a Windows box on the network, and your Mac user could connect
to it using a terminal client.
