Can GPO be used to configure SNMP comunity Strings?

I don't have the ability to change SNMP Settings in the
Computer Configuration >>administrative templates>>Windows
Components>> Network. the option is not available am I
missing a template if so where to get it. For Windows
2000 AD

Well, this policy and be disabled with Group Policy. if you are the only
administrator and know you not have set anything like this. it must be
another problem.
