Can "Google" Type searches be completed in MSACCESS

We are using MSAccess 2002-2003 and are determining if Access is the right
vehicle to log customer concern calls. My question is this, is it possible
to do a google type search within Access and have the results sort by
frequency that a particular call used X answer to solve the problem.
Example: Customer calls in with problem Z and the tech support person would
search for Z and a results window would pop up with a list of possible
solutions sorted by frequency that solution A solved the problem. The tech
person would also need to be able to add their solution to the list or if one
of the solutions listed worked increase the frequency accordingly.

Thanks,

Leslie,
Access would be fine for this type of app. However, I would bet there are
several dozen apps in the marketplace that would do this right out of the box.

Barry, Thanks for the answer, yes my thought was also that there was "canned"
software, but we seem to be unique in our requests and I have been unable to
find any out of the box software to do that.

Thanks for the answer.
