Can fp 2002 import pgp site

I am wondering if fp2002 can import pgp site on linux server.
I heard it can't edit correctly such a site. Is that right?
 
You can not import any website that uses server-side scripting, as all you
will get is the script output that is sent to a browser (html). You would
need to have login access to download it via FTP or it must have the FP
extensions, in which case you can open it in FP and then publish a copy to
your PC.

FP has no special support for PHP files.
