We have upgraded our computer and saved all our existing word files.
When we run our new system we no longer have all of our existing smart tags
and auto correct info on the new system.
Is there a way to export them from the old system to the new?????

About the smart tags I can't say. That really depends on what kind they are,
and where they come from. As a general rule, if they aren't a LIST (MOSTL),
then you can't just copy them from one computer to another, they'd have to be
installed.

AutoCorrect for Word is stored in two places. I believe you'll find an article
on the word.mvps.org website that describes this in detail. To summarize:

Formatted AutoCorrect entries are stored in the Normal.dot template. You
should be able to copy that to the new machine with no problem.

Non-formatted entries, that are shared by all Office applications, are stored
in a user-specific *.acl file, stored in the user's profile. This, too can be
copied from one machine to another, but it may not be as easy to figure out
which the target folder is on the other system. Best might be to create a
couple such entries and look for the file this generates, then copy the one
from the other machine into this folder and rename it, if necessary.
