Can establish a remote desktop connection from windows XP to windows 2000
professional? I need remote from win XP to win 2000 pro, but i can't find
allow menu in windows 2000 pro. where? help me pls.

You cannot.

Windows 2000 Professional does not have Terminal Services. In other words -
you cannot remote control the Windows 2000 Professional machine with Remote
Desktop.

You either use NetMeeting or a third party application like VNC. (UltraVNC
is one of the better choices in my opinion.)
