Can delegate change manager meeting that another delegate set up?

One manager has given 2 delegates Editor rights to his calendar. Can one of
the delegates change a meeting that was set up by the other delegate? OR
will one of the delegates giving Editor rights to the other delegate resolve
the problem of changing a meeting that was set up by the other delegate?
How can meetings be changed when the person who set it up is on vacation or
otherwise out of the office?
We are using Outlook 2003.

If they are true delegates, then they have been given the right to act AS
the boss and change his calendar in any way they see fit.

To be true delegates, they must be entered in the DELEGATES tab
using the bosses profile.

If one delegate gives someone else delegate rights, then they are only
giving delegate rights to their own mailbox stuff.

However, I have not tested this theory. Let me know if I am incorrect.
