can connect in safemode, but not in regular mode

I can connect to the internet while in SafeMode, but not when in regular
mode. I get the This page cannot be displayed, with DNS error at the bottom.
Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Check your services and see if TrueVector monitor is running... (This is
loaded by ZoneAlarm)
